Hp inC. Diversity & inclusion event
HP's CMO, Antonio Lucio, was hosting a Diversity & Inclusion event in NYC. The objective was to take a completely blank event space at Milk Studios in Manhattan and transform it into a space that celebrated women and minorities employed in communications agencies that did work for the HP Inc.
Working with the Creative Director, I curated the imagery, designed the layout of the space and coordinated with events team to select and arrange the furnishings. I also designed the accompanying program booklet and worked with the production company to get it printed, bound and delivered in time for the event.

Grace hopper Conference (sponsored by hp)
The annual Grace Hopper event celebrates advancing women in technology from all over the world. The objective was to come up with a concept that would stand out amongst the sea of other tech companies that would also be attending the event.
Keeping with the theme of women in tech, I designed simple, yet eye-catching, banners that displayed quotes by famous, historical women who had made a difference in elevating women’s rights in America. The colors and quotes were also designed onto T-shirts that the booth volunteers wore throughout the event.

REINVENT CONFERENCE
HP’s largest partner sales conference was taking place in Chicago and the design team received a last minute request to come up with an energetic and exciting video animation for the welcome lobby of the hotel.
Working with the hotel’s event team, we created a custom animation that was designed to fit within the lobby hall’s layout. The animation was storyboarded and executed within two week’s time.
